General Policy

  • If any technician severely damages the owners device(s), we will pay for the part(s) and labor for the replacement. We are not responsible for the device(s) received condition

  • If we are unable to fix your computer, you will not be charged.

  • All projects/repairs have a minimum cost of $100.

  • All computer builds require a quote and the quote must be paid before build can begin. If there is a difference in the final cost, the customer will be refunded or charged the difference.

  • Before or when the device(s) are received by the customer, the charged amount must be paid.

This Policy may and can change at any time without prior notice.
